CT Tutorial *Tattoo Night* for ADI - Artist Terri Lynne Allbright

I used the art of Terri Lynne Allbright, Tattoo of your Thoughts which can be purchased here:

I used Amy Marie's PTU Gypsy Blue Kit available here:

I used Mask #451 from VixPsp you can download it here: 

Font Used is VirginRoman Normal you can download from Fontsner here:

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user 
has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Get Started:

Open a new transparent work space 700 x 700
Paste Paper 1 as a new layer
Apply the mask you have chosen to work with
Select Element 105 *the blue frame* and resize to 543 x 700
Paste the tube as a new layer below the frame, moving the tube 
towards the bottom of the frame
Highlight frame with magic wand and invert the selection, 
delete any portion of the tag that is outside the frame. 
Select Element 105 *moon and clouds* and paste as a new layer below the tube,
move towards the top left of the frame
Select Element 22 *blue and purple confetti* and paste as a new layer below the mask layer.
Flip and move to the bottom of the frame on the left side, duplicate layer and mirror.
Select Element 21 *swirls and stars* and paste above the confetti layer, 
move to bottom of the frame.
Select Element 121 *purple bubbles* resize to 500 x 298 and paste below the mask layer. 
Move to top left of frame, duplicate layer and mirror. 
Select Element 20 *stars and swirl*  resize to 68 x 152 and paste above the frame
 moving to center left,duplicate layer and mirror. 
Select Element 130 *multicolor button* resize to 100 x 98 and paste above the frame
 moving to the bottom and centering in the swirl of the frame. 
Merge visible, resize all to 500 x 500, adjust and sharpen 
Apply the appropriate copyright and add your desired name. 
Save as a png for transparent background.
