CT Tutorial for Artistic Dreams Imaging Artist *Katrina Winter-SugarPlum*
CT Tutorial *Sugarplum Fairy* for ADI Artist Katrina Winter

I used the art of Katrina Winter, Sugarplum which can be purchased here:
I used Ginnibug Design's PTU Once Upon A Time Kit available here:
Font Used is VirginRoman Normal you can download from dafont here:
**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user
has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**
Let's Get Started:
Open a new transparent work space 600 x 600
Paste paper ouat11 as a new layer
Select Element ouat90 *the sparkles* and paste as a new layer
Select Element ouat112 *flower/ivy frame* and paste as a new layer.
Adjust the placement moving towards the top left of the workspace.
Use the freehand selection tool, feather set to 3, and remove all
but the corner pieces and one flower. Paste the layer again and move
to the top right of the workspace and do the same only this time
leaving the larger flower.
Select Element ouat16 *ivy* and resize by 80%. Paste as a new layer
towards the bottom right of the workspace.Duplicate layer and move
to the bottom left of the workspace.
Paste the tube as a new layer moving the tube towards the bottom
of the workspace
Apply the appropriate copyright and add your desired name.
Save as a png for transparent background.
